These financials contain certain historical information on Enterasys Networks, Inc. as well as unaudited pro-forma condensed combined financial statements that take into account, among other things, the related purchase accounting adjustments, the acquisition of related debt and the associated interest expense, certain financial statement reclassifications to conform Enterasys Networks' historical financials to Extreme Networks' presentation, elimination of certain accounts not acquired by Extreme Networks, the recording of expenses related to the acquired intangibles and the acquired stock option plans of Enterasys including an increase in the related share count as a result, the exclusion of acquisition related expenses, certain tax adjustments and other items.
