Exicure, Inc. Announces Resignation of Jeffrey L. Cleland from the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

On February 7, 2023, Jeffrey L. Cleland, Ph.D. tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Exicure, Inc. (the “Company”) as well as from the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective as of the earlier of: (1) the closing date of the Private Placement, or (2) February 10, 2023. Effective February 10, 2023, Dr. Cleland resigned from the Board, the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
