Karen Jones, director of trade compliance for the Exelis (NYSE: XLS) Electronic Systems division, was among a select group of individuals honored at the Women in Compliance Awards (WICA), hosted each year by C5 Communications Ltd. in London.

WICA honors women who make exceptional contributions to the field of compliance and demonstrate commitment to keeping industry practices at the cutting edge. A panel of industry leaders evaluated the nominees and chose the top candidates to honor at the awards gala, held in London March 20.
