Signal Bay Inc. to Appoint Anthony Smith as Chief Science Officer

Signal Bay Inc. announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Smith Scientific Industries, Inc. founded by Anthony Smith PhD. Under the terms of the agreement, Signal Bay will make a strategic investment into Dr. Smith's cannabis testing and research company. Upon closing of the MOU Dr. Smith will be appointed Chief Science Officer of Signal Bay, Inc.
