Ever-Glory International Group, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was USD 79.908 million compared to USD 113.326 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 2.859 million compared to operating loss of USD 1.169 million a year ago. Net income was USD 2.216 million compared to net loss of USD 1.076 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.15 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.07 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was USD 188.350 million compared to USD 278.598 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 4.518 million compared to operating Income of USD 1.602 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 4.278 million compared to net income of USD 260,000 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.29 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.02 a year ago.

The Company mainly operates through two segments. The Wholesale segment is mainly engaged in wholesale-channel sales made principally to domestically and internationally recognized brands, and department stores located throughout Europe, the U.S., Japan and the People's Republic of China (PRC). The segment focus on well-known, middle-to-high end casual wear, sportswear, and outerwear brands. The Retail segment is mainly engaged in retail-channel sales directly to consumers through retail stores located throughout the PRC as well as sales via online stores at Tmall, Dangdang mall, JD.com, VIP.com and others.
