Evans Bancorp announced the addition of two new executives, Dale M. McKim, III and Kenneth D. Pawlak. The new executive appointments are intended to support and enhance Evans' continuing strategic growth. McKim has joined the Senior Leadership Team as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Dale is a subject matter expert in Risk Management with over 20 years of banking and financial services experience as a Certified Public Accountant. He previously served as a Partner-Financial Services for KPMG, LLP. There, Dale developed a strong knowledge of the Bank with his 10+ year association as the External Auditor. He also served as a KPMG National Instructor for financial service professionals. McKim serves on the University at Buffalo Beta Alpha Psi Alumni Advisory Council and the D'Youville College Board of Trustees. Pawlak has joined Evans as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer. Pawlak's career spans 27 years, where prior to joining Evans he held various positions at M&T Bank including: Regional Manager, Business and Professional Banking; Portfolio Manager; Relationship Manager; and most recently, Credit Risk Manager Enterprise-wide for the Business Banking Division.
