Filing of French « Document de Référence 2012 »

Europlasma announces that its French "Document de Référence 2012" was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) under the number R.14-001 dated 01/10/2014.
In line with the Group's recent corporate governance actions, such as the specialized committees set up, the Group voluntarily published a document, filed with the AMF, in order to provide investors with a clear and exhaustive information.
The French Reference Document can be obtained on demand at Europlasma head office, 471 route de Cantegrit Est, BP23, 40110 Morcenx, France.
The document can also be consulted/downloaded on the Shareholders page, under the "Reports" section, on Europlasma website at www.europlasma.com, and on the AMF website at www.amf-france.org.
