According to Eureka Design Public Company Limited ("the Company") has held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2022 on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 10:30 -12:00 hrs resolved on important matters as follows:
Acknowledged the resignation of the director, Mr. Manat Piyatrueng, effective from May 30, 2022.
Approved the appointment of Mr. Thawatwong Phalinsut as a director to replace the vacant position, with effect from June 6, 2022 onwards.
Approved the revision of the Executive Board Charter to be in line with the current and future business practices.
