In the second quarter of 2007, ESR Group (Paris:ESRP) achieved a consolidated revenue of € 19.7 million, up 3.7%. For the first half-year, revenue amounted to € 39.2 million, slightly down by 1.3%.

ESR Group sold, on the 12th of July, 2007, its 75% stake in Valexa. This investment will be removed from consolidated statements as from the 1st of July. Pro forma figures, which do not include the contribution of Valexa to consolidated revenue, provide an accurate reflection of the business of the ESR Group in its new configuration, from the beginning of the year.

Pro forma adjusted consolidated revenue for the second quarter reached € 19.4 million, up 6.6%. This increase indicates a marked revival in the group's business. For the first half-year, pro forma adjusted consolidated revenue was € 38.5 million, up 1.6%.

In the last few weeks, ESR Group completed its plan of selling non strategic assets, as part of its debt reducing strategy. The plan included the sale of its 44% stake in Phenix Energy and the sale of its 75% one in Valexa. Together, they brought € 2.7 million in cash.

On August 29th, ESR Group will issue a press release on its first half-year results. It will be detailed at the presentation to investors on October 11th.
