Update on Eshraq Performance

Dear Sirs,

In response to Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)'s query regarding the recent drop in the share price of Eshraq Investments PJSC ("Eshraq"), Eshraq announces that it is not aware of any material news that has not been disclosed in the market and that may adversely impact the share price.

On the contrary, Eshraq would like to inform the market that the Company is on track to execute its ambitious business plan set by the Board of Directors during their meeting in August 2022 that focuses on monetizing its non-revenue generating land bank through sales and partnerships. Eshraq announced on 03/10/2022 the sale of two plots in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai to Danube Properties. The Company is considering other similar opportunities and will disclose to the market once a transaction materializes.

Eshraq would also like to highlight that the Company is working on its Q3 2022 financials. The Company expects positive performance of its investment activity in the quarterly financials.

of its buyback program. The share purchase is at a significant discount to the Company's current book value. The buyback program and the proposed dividend policy are expected to reward the Company's shareholders.
