Escalon Medical Corp. Appoints C. Todd Trusk as a Class I Director and as a Member of the Audit Committee

On October 23, 2015, C. Todd Trusk was appointed as a Class I Director of Escalon Medical Corp. to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors to serve the remainder of the term of William L.G. Kwan. Mr. Trusk will serve on the audit committee of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Trusk is an accomplished sales executive and is the current owner and president of BroadBase Solutions Inc. Prior to starting BroadBase in 2000 Mr. Trusk was a sales executive with CB Technologies.
