The Company's subsidiaries include Northeast Environmental Services, Inc., which operates a waste and transfer facility; ENSA-NJ, which provides hazardous waste remediation services; ENSA-PA, which provides identification, handling, packaging, removal and disposal of laboratory chemicals services; International Exploration, Inc., which provides geophysical consulting, engineering geology, hydrology, groundwater restoration, environmental site assessments, remedial investigations, and feasibility studies; Scott Environmental Technology, Inc. and Almega Corp., which provide air quality monitoring and testing services; and TRI-S, Inc., which provides hazardous waste remediation, transportation and consulting services.
