The Joint Stock Company "ENTERSOFT S.A. PRODUCTION AND TRADE COMPANY FOR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES" (hereinafter the "Company") informs the public, according to the provisions of the Law 3461/2006, about the attached announcement of the company "UNITY HOLDING COMPANY SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME" (attached file under name "ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΑ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΑΣ ΠΡΟΤΑΣΗΣ_UNITY HOLDING COMPANY.pdf»") regarding the results of the mandatory tender offer that it submitted on 29.03.2024 for the acquisition of all common registered shares of the Company.
