Energy Power Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of energy through power supply and electrical work. The Company operates through two business segments. Energy Management Business segment engages in the retail sale of electricity. This segment supplies electricity procured from power generation companies and electricity procured through market transactions on the Japan Electric Power Exchange (JEPX) to customers using the transmission and distribution networks owned by general power transmission and distribution companies. The main customers are low-voltage electricity users. The Engineering Business segment involves in the renovation and energy saving of electrical equipment in buildings and condominiums, as well as light-emitting diode (LED) conversion work, electrical trunk repair work, power receiving and substation equipment repair work, and other works. The Company also engages in the sale of materials for solar power generation equipment, and others.
