Energy Absolute Public Company Limited Approves Annual Dividend for the Year 2019, Payable on 22 May 2020; Appoints Somphop Keerasuntonpong as Independent Director, Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee

Energy Absolute Public Company Limited at its AGM held on April 23, 2020 approved the annual dividend payment for the year 2019 of THB 0.30 (Thirty satang) per common share, totaling THB 1,119.- million from NON BOI retained earnings as at 31 December 2019. The Meeting approved the annual dividend payment will be made in 22 May 2020. The Meeting also determined the date of 20 March 2020 as the record date for shareholders' right to compile list of shareholders as stipulated in Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E.2535 (Amended B.E.2551) to receive the annual dividend as aforesaid.

The Meeting approved the appointment of new director that is Mr. Somphop Keerasuntonpong to be an independent director /audit committee (the director with accounting knowledge) /Nomination Committee /Corporate Governance Committee /Remuneration Committee in place of the vacant position to replace director who retire by rotation and did not wish to return to be a director.
