Conelsur LT SAC agreed to acquire the Transmission Lines of 220 KV and 60 KV from Chinango S.A.C and Edegel SAA (BVL:EDEGELC1) for $60 million on July 19, 2016. The transaction is subject to approval by competent authorities and is expected to complete on October 1, 2016.
