The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reported that on 23 July 2020 Mr. Piotr Adamczak tendered his resignation from the function of Management Board Member for Commercial Matters and from his membership in the ENEA S.A. Management Board, effective as of the close of business on 10 August 2020. Mr. Piotr Adamczak did not disclose the reasons for his resignation.
