Dongying Shida Shenghua New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 560,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 10, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Shenghua New Energy Technology (Dongying) Co., Ltd. for CNY 285,600,000 and Enchem Co., Ltd. for CNY 274,400,000 to retain their stakes of 51% and 49% respectively. Post to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 20,000,000 to CNY 580,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the twelfth meeting of the seventh board of directors of Shandong Shida Shenghua Chemical Group Company Limited and does not need to be submitted to its shareholders meeting for deliberation.
Enchem Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the electrolyte and functional additives manufacture and sale business. The Company mainly provides electrolyte products used for rechargeable batteries, electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) and functional additives. The Company also provides cell products such as batteries, conductive binders, current collectors and other electronic materials used for mobiles, laptops and power tools.
