Explanations

Our Company has reached an amount of 7.328.800.613 Turkish Liras (excluding VAT) sales value between the dates of 1 January- 31 December 2016 in return for the sales of 10.053 units (including presales).

The number of unit sales (including presales) in December have been realized as 1.227. The sales value of these units has reached at 1.141.294.844 TL (excluding VAT).

The total surface area of sold units in 2016, as of December has realized by 1.453.396 m2 (gross).

Our Company had announced its targets for 2016 in December 2015 as; 7,6 billion TL sales value, 1,5 million m2 salable area and 11.000 total units sale.

Considering the year-end 2016 figures which we have announced as of today;

The total value of sold units realized as 7,328,800,613 TL. and thus we reached 96% of our 7,6 billion sales value target,

The total salable area sales had been realized as 1.453.396 m2 and thus we reached 97% of our 1,5 million m2 salable area target,

Total number of units sold realized at 10,053 units and thus we reached 91% of our 11,000 unit sales target.

As in the past, our company will do its best in order to achieve its goals in the future.

Unit sales report (monthly and annually) giving the completed sales (including presales) is presented attached in pdf document.

Sales figures stated in yearly and monthly sales breakdown tables consist of the sales which are the sale process is finalized at the Company's Marketing Department or throughout sales offices.

The sales process is only completed as the agreements are signed by the homebuyers in front of the notary, down payments are deposited, credits are transferred into accounts and the agreements are approved by our Company. The completion of those processes may take tangible time. Therefore, there may be increases in previous month/months' figures. However, lottery date is taken into account in the lottery sales. In this regard, there may be also decreases in sales due to the reasons of reneging on the contract of the homebuyers and cancelling the contract of the seller.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
