Embassy Office Parks REIT reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was INR 8,676.24 million compared to INR 7,488.48 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 9,005.9 million compared to INR 7,828.54 million a year ago. Net income was INR 354.46 million compared to INR 2,791.82 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.37 compared to INR 2.95 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.37 compared to INR 2.95 a year ago.
For the full year, the company reported sales was INR 34,195.43 million compared to INR 29,626.05 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 35,636.67 million compared to INR 30,895.32 million a year ago. Net income was INR 5,059.58 million compared to INR 8,883.85 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.34 compared to INR 9.37 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.34 compared to INR 9.37 a year ago.
