FMS Co., Ltd announced a private placement of 340,909 shares at KRW 4,400 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 1,499,999,600 on July 6, 2015. The transaction included participation from Finetechnix Co.,Ltd. The investor holds 12.78% stake in the company upon closing. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
EMB Co Ltd, formerly Fine EM Tech Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and installation of energy storage systems (ESS). The Company operates its business through three segments. The ESS Business segment manufactures and installs energy storage systems linked to photovoltaic power generations. The Accessories Business segment manufactures mobile products including mobile phone protective cases and screen protective films. The Pharmaceutical Business segment manufactures and sells disinfectants for hospitals.
