On April 27, 2021, Elvictor Group, Inc. received the consent of a majority of the shareholders of the Company to remove Georgios Xiradakis, Theodoros Nikolopoulos, and Lampros Chachalis from their respective positions as Directors for the Company pursuant to Nevada law and Section 3.5 of the Bylaws of the Company.
