Elsight announced the appointment of Mr. Joshua (Jim) Landau as a Non-Executive Director of the company effective from 1st October 2021. At the same time, the Board announced that Mr. Peter Marks will step down from his role as Non-Executive Director, also effective from 1st October 2021. This decision has been driven by an increased workload due to his involvement with a number of other projects. Mr. Landau has over 40 years' experience as a technology entrepreneur and mentor and brings significant experience as both a senior leader and director of numerous listed and unlisted companies. He currently serves as a Chair for an Australian TEC group of managing directors from diverse industries and is a non-executive director of the private equity Leading Technology Group and Banxa Inc, a listed crypto payments service provider. Mr. Landau was the co-founder of one of Australia's first listed software companies, Software Corporation of Australia, which was listed on the second Board of the ASX and was the managing director of Australia's first main board listed IT services company, Datronics Corporation. He was the former chairman of Centricom the developer of the Poli Payments platform, a director of Collaborate Corporation and as director or advisor to several other cutting edge technology companies, including those involved with the emerging UAV industry.
