Appointment of Mr. Govindarajan Balakrishnan as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from August 18, 2021.
Re-appointmentof M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory
Auditors of the Company for second term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of 40th AGM till the conclusion of the 45th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2027.
Brief profile of Mr. Govindarajan Balakrishnan and M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co., LLP, and other requisite details forms part of the Notice of the 40th AGM of the Company and the same was disseminated on August 2, 2022 to the stock exchanges and the said Notice of the AGM is also available on Company's website at www.eichermotors.com.
Mr. Govindarajan Balakrishnan is not related to any Director of the Company.
