EDreams Odigeo Appoints Robert Gray as an Independent Director, Vice-Chairman and Chair of Audit Committee

UBM plc announced that its Chief Financial Officer Robert Gray has been appointed as an independent director and vice-chairman of eDreams Odigeo. He will also chair eDreams Odigeo's audit committee. Mr. Gray's appointment became effective on 8 April 2014.
