EDP Renováveis S A : EDPR informs on 133 MW solar capacity secured in Europe

Madrid, June 25^th 2024: EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") has secured three long-term Power Purchase Agreements ("PPAs") with a large US based technological company to sell the green energy produced by three solar projects in Europe.

The agreement comprises three solar projects for a total of 133 MWac (176 MWdc):

• 60 MWac (70 MWdc) located in Italy;
• 58 MWac (87 MWdc) located in Germany;
• 15 MWac (19 MWdc) located in France.
  

EDPR has already secured >70% of the ~10 GW total capacity additions target for 2024-2026, presented in May 2024 Business Plan Update, continuing to reinforce its low-risk profile and growth strategy based on the development of competitive projects with long-term visibility, fostering the acceleration of the energy transition and the decarbonization of the economy.
