Wiesbaden, 21st December, 2016With effect from 1st January, 2017, Mr. Harald Keller (53) will be taking charge of the 'Vehicle Engineering' segment of EDAG Engineering GmbH in Germany. Working in this newly created position, he will report directly to EDAG CEO, Mr. Jörg Ohlsen.

This reinforcement of the management is in line with EDAG's plans for growth. Today, the company already has more than 8,300 employees working in the three segments 'Vehicle Engineering', 'Electrics/Electronics' and 'Production Solutions' at some 60 sites around the world, making EDAG one of the leading service providers in the sector.

The EDAG Group continues its growth strategy, and has plans to expand its market position in the extensive engineering services for vehicles and production facilities, particularly in the fields of lightweight design, alternative drive systems, EE and car IT.

Harald Keller has close ties with EDAG. He held a number of managerial positions in the Wiesbaden-based company between 1995 and 2007.

More recently, as CEO, he was responsible for the management a large German engineering service provider. With his excellent knowledge of our industry, his technical expertise and his excellent customer knowledge, he will make a valuable contribution to the future development of the EDAG Group.
