Econframe Berhad (KLSE:EFRAME) agreed to acquire a 70% stake in ETA World Group Berhad for MYR 56 million on January 15, 2024. 1.743 million shares will be acquired through a combination of cash and equity. M & A Securities Sdn Bhd acted as Financial advisor to Econframe Berhad.

Econframe Berhad (KLSE:EFRAME) cancelled the acquisition of 70% stake in ETA World Group Berhad on June 15, 2024.
