ECN Capital Corp. announced that the company's board of directors has authorized an increase in the quarterly dividend declaring $0.02 per outstanding common share of ECN Capital for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2019.
