The table of contents are as shown here. I will review each item in order from the top.

First, let me look back at the previous medium-term management plan, E-Plan 2022, and explain the status of its achievement.

E-Plan 2022 is positioned as the stage of "muscularizationReinforce the foundationsfor further growth" toward the realization of E-Vision 2030 and we have set ROIC and operating margin as the most important indicators under the four basic policies to achieve them.

Both ROIC and operating margin achieved their goals in 2021 and even exceeded them in 2022.
