The board of directors of Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited in the Meeting held on January 25, 2023, The board of directors had considered and approved to appoint Mr. Roberto Jose R. Locsin as a new director in replacement of the resigned director effective from January 25, 2023 onwards.
