Eastern Bank : EBL and Lavender Sign Payroll Banking Agreement

Eastern Bank PLC. (EBL) and Lavender, a leading convenience store of the country, have signed a payroll banking agreement at the EBL Head Office in the city.

Under the agreement, employees of Lavender will enjoy preferential banking services including dual-currency debit cards, loan facilities, and other banking facilities from EBL. Lavender will also enjoy EBLConnect, a digital portal, to pay seamless automated salary as well as carry out corporate payments conveniently round the clock.

M. Khorshed Anowar, DMD and Head of Retail and SME Banking, EBL and TD. Packir, CEO, Lavender signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Syed Zulkar Nayen, Head of Business; Trisha Taklim, Head of Payroll Banking from EBL; Mohd. Ziaul Haque, Category Manager and Abdul Matin Tarek, Marketing Manager from Lavender were present among others on the occasion.
