In relation to the notice on Eagle Filters Group Oyj´s Annual General Meeting published by Eagle Filters Group Oyj on 8 May 2024, shareholders representing approximately 67.52 per cent of the company's shares and votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that four (4) members be elected to the Board of Directors. 

In relation to the notice on Eagle Filters Group Oyj´s Annual General Meeting published by Eagle Filters Group Oyj on 8 May 2024, shareholders representing approximately 67.52 per cent of the company's shares and votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that there are no changes to the Board and that current members of the Board of Directors Matti Vuoria, Markku Hämäläinen, Jarkko Joki-Tokola and Harri Kairento are re-elected according to their consents. 

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the company, the term of office of the members of the Board of Directors ends at the closing of the next Annual General Meeting following their election.
