Jiuyu International Investment Co., Ltd made an offer to acquire 9% stake in Eagle Cold Storage Enterprise Co., Ltd. (GTSM:8905) for approximately TWD 200 million on August 20, 2020. Jiuyu International Investment will acquire 10.75 million shares at TWD 19 per share. The tender offer period is from August 21, 2020 to September 30, 2020. If the number of shares tendered reaches 5.97 million amounting to 5% stake in Eagle Cold Storage Enterprise Co., Ltd., the tender offer is successful. Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd acted as the financial advisor, Peng Yicheng of Handsome Attorney at law acted as the legal advisor, Zhu Jianzhou of ITrust & Co., Certified Public Accountants and Ming-yang Lai of WeTec International acted as the accountants to Jiuyu International Investment Co., Ltd.

Eagle Cold Storage Enterprise Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the distribution of frozen meat. The Company is involved in the leasing of frozen and refrigerated warehouses; the sale of frozen and refrigerated vegetables, beef and mutton; the manufacture and sale of frozen meat products, black pepper sauces and mushroom sauces, as well as the construction of residential and commercial properties, as well as detached villas. In addition, the Company also provides logistics and distribution services. The Company operates its businesses in domestic market.
