Ally Company Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 6.42% stake in Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A145210) from Donghwan Yoo and Haesung Chae for KRW 5.4 billion on January 3, 2018. Ally Company Inc. will acquire 0.55 million shares from Donghwan Yoo and 1.25 million shares from Haesung Chae at KRW 3000 per share. After the transaction, Donghwan Yoo will hold 6.06 million shares and Haesung Chae will hold 0.02 million shares of Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Ally Company Inc. and Pine Investment Fund signed a definitive agreement to acquire 7.2% in Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. from Donghwan Yoo, Haesung Chae, Mezzanine Capital Co., Ltd. and Yeongok international. The Board of Directors of Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. resolved the deal on January 3, 2018.
