On January 14, 2014, Ginger Gregory notified Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc. that she would resign as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective February 3, 2014, in order to pursue other opportunities. Effective immediately, the Company is expanding the role of Richard Emmett, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, to include responsibility for leading the Company's Human Resources function. In this role, Mr. Emmett will be responsible for leading the Company's global employee recruitment, training, compensation, benefits and organizational development efforts.
