Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Ellen R. Alemany to the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Alemany currently serves as the Chairwoman and CEO of CIT Group Inc. and as the Chairwoman, CEO and President of CIT Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of CIT. She currently serves as a director of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. and CIT. Alemany is also a member of the Committee for Economic Development of The Conference Board, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, business-led public policy organization.
