Based on § 5.1.2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, the Management Board of DTP S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw ('the Company') informs that on 15 January 2016, Member of the Board Mr. Jacek Pytliński resigned as a board member of the Company, for personal reasons.
