Dropsuite Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Kobe Li of BoardRoom Pty Ltd. as the Company's Company Secretary and the appointment of Mr. Ivan Tatkovich as Company Secretary effective 8 November 2018. Mr. Tatkovich is currently a member of the Company Secretarial team at BoardRoom Pty Ltd. and has worked in a variety of compliance roles across financial markets in Australia. Mr. Tatkovich has prior experience at ASX, where he was a Listings Compliance Adviser with responsibility for advising and monitoring listed entities' compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. Mr. Kobe Li has resigned as the Company's Company Secretary effective 8 November 2018.
