Dropsuite Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Ivan Tatkovich and appointment of Mr. Julian Rockett as Company Secretary, also with Boardroom Pty Ltd, effective immediately. Mr. Rockett background is as a Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary. Mr. Rockett is also responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.
