HYDERABAD, India (AP) _ Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. (RDY) on Monday reported a fiscal third-quarter loss of $80 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Hyderabad, India-based company said it had a loss of 48 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, were 40 cents per share.

The pharmaceutical posted revenue of $614 million in the period.

Doctor Reddy's shares have risen 3.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 12% in the last 12 months.
