With more than 25 years of experience, Rogers served in several senior executive roles prior to joining Dollar General, including chief member officer at Sam's Club, chief marketing officer at Walmart and most recently as chief marketing officer at Signet Jewelers. Rogers earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and Master of Business Administration in marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
