DCSMI's activities include care and maintenance of the mine site and the mining properties, especially the Bayarong Tailings area. DCSMI has a Mineral Processing Permit for the recovery of minerals in the Bayarong Tailings Dam. The Company owns a property in Barangay Parada, Valenzuela City with a total area of approximately 4,070 square meters. DCSMI owns all the immovable assets like the land, roads and bridges.
