Colony NorthStar, Inc. (NYSE:CLNS) agreed to acquire Project Tolka Loan Portfolio from National Asset Management Agency Ltd. for approximately €450 million on January 4, 2017. HWBC acted as the real estate advisor for Colony and Eastdil Secured acted as the real estate advisor for National Asset Management Agency. The deal is expected to be conclude by the end of January 2017.
