Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc. (OTCPK:DPWW) entered into a membership interest purchase agreement to acquire 15.13% stake inBronco, LLC from Albatross Management Consulting, LLC on September 4, 2020. Daniel J. Garfield, Esq of McAllister Garfield, P.C acted as legal advisor to Albatross Management Consulting, LLC. Joseph J. Tomasek advised Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc. (OTCPK:DPWW).
Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc. (OTCPK:DPWW) completed the acquisition of Blue Bronco, LLC from Albatross Management Consulting, LLC on September 9, 2020. As part of the transaction, Diego received full payment of E2T2, LLC’s promissory note and full payment of its outstanding promissory note. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division. Diego Pellicer obtained the right to acquire a 15.13% membership interest in Blue Bronco, LLC. The purchase of the 15.13% interest in Blue LLC, is subject to the approval of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division. Necessary approval by governing authorities is expected to be received in Q4 2020.
