EHAAT Limited, a Company incorporated under Indian Companies Act, 2013 has been formed with the initial capital of �10 Lakhs only.

This is to further inform that the abovementioned formation is not falling under Material Event as prescribed in SEBI required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
