Diamond Fields International Ltd. announced that, effective June 14, 2013, Wayne Malouf is stepping down as a director and Chairman of the company to focus more time on other business responsibilities, and is thus regretfully leaving the company. He will continue to be available to provide DFI legal and other counsel. Cuthbert has been appointed as Chairman and a director of the company, and replaces Mr. Malouf with immediate effect.

Mr. Cuthbert joins DFI after having practiced law for more than 30 years. Mr. Cuthbert is a former partner of Clifford Chance LLP, and has served as regional managing partner and a member of its management committee. Also stepping down from the Board of Directors are Messrs.

Gooroodo (Mahen) Sookun and Craig McLean. The company announced that Dr. Warner Brückmann is joining the Board. Dr. Brückmann is a geologist with a background in metamorphic petrology and marine sciences.

He has 25 years of experience in marine geotechnics, offshore oil and gas, and geohazard analysis, and has participated in more than 20 marine expeditions, including several drilling campaigns.
