Following the exclusive negotiations entered into with the Galloo group on October 19, Derichebourg Environnement can now confirm that its subsidiary REVIVAL has acquired business assets and equity interests relating to six recycling centers for the collection and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The recycling centers are located in Ile de France (Bonneuil sur Marne, Ivry, Châtillon, Nanterre and Saint- Pierre les Nemours) and Eure et Loir (Gellainville). The sale also includes the business assets of the company Almetal Paris.
The acquisitions will enable Derichebourg Environnement to increase its coverage of the Ile de France region, yielding an immediate improvement in the utilization rate of its shredders and other industrial recycling plant.
