Delta Lloyd Deelnemingen Fonds NV (the Fund) is a Netherlands-based investment trust. The Fund invests mainly in listed companies by taking a minimum stake of 5% in these companies. As of December 31, 2011, all of its investments were located in the Netherlands. As of June 30, 2012, it primarily invested in such sectors, as consumer discretionary (28.22%), industrials (27.9%) and information technology (21.39%), among others, and its investment portfolio included Twentsche Kabel Cva Nlg2 (11.58%), Arcadis NV (11.37%) and Ten Cate NV (10.72%), among others. Delta Lloyd Deelnemingen Fonds NV is managed by Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV.
