Delhivery Limited Announces Resignation of Jaisingh Morparia as Non-Executive Independent Director, Chairperson and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and CSR & Sustainability Committee, Effective February 11, 2023

Delhivery Limited announced resignation of Ms. Kalpana Jaisingh Morparia as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 11, 2023. Resignation due to her current and some upcoming commitments and there is no other reason for resignation. Consequent upon her resignation from Board of Directors she will also cease to be Chairperson and Member of the following Committees of the Board w.e.f. February 11, 2023: 1. Nomination and Remuneration Committee 2. CSR & Sustainability Committee.
